•Le Grand Parc du Puy du Fou : distance 90 kms, 1h driving. Adress : LE PUY DU FOU, 85590 Les Epesses.
Immerse yourself in the atmosphere of past centurie, dive into the action of the amazing shows like; The Battle of the Dungeon, The Gladiators … If you wish to extend your trip back in time, take in a unique show at night : Cinéscénie Puy du Fou. You can buy Journey ticket at the reception desk at lower price. We recommend you to bring your own food/drink, catering is expensive on site. You can book the Cinéscénie at the Tourist Office of La Mothe Achard.
•Zoo of les Sables d’Olonne : distance 26 kms, 30min driving. Adress : Route du Tour de France, 85100 Les Sables-d’Olonne
The Zoo of les Sables is the precursor of a new type of zoo, combining respect for the environment, protection of the exotic and local biodiversity. The Zoo is a green island of 3 hectares. It houses about 280 animals whose more than 40 endangered species, which annually attracts nearly 160,000 visitors, making it the second attraction of Vendée.

For the smaller, 4 courses are offered in the castle gardens, for a fabulous day: Enigma around the world, journey through time…(for children from 4 years.) History lovers should visit the Renaissance Castle, historical monument. You will also enjoy a walk in the heart of the park 86hectares. Everyone will find oneself again in this beautiful 15th century property.

Discover the Stud Farm in a 4 hectares verdant places, located on the city Center of La Roche sur Yon. Share your passion for horses and initiate you to this culture, with horseriding shows, the know-how of the saddler. Work shop for adults and children, guided visit, riding display. July- August : a night show every Thursday.
•VéloRail : distance 30 kms, 30min driving. Adress : Gare du Vélorail, 85220 Commequiers
Spend a nice moment with your family, covering the 10kms of railway in “Vélorail”, from Commequiers to Coex. You will discover the hinterland of Saint Gilles Croix de vie. You’ll cross old rail station and the river of « la Vie » . The Vélorail promises an unusual walk in a beautiful landscape. Reservation recommended
•Château de Talmont : distance 30 kms, 35 min driving. Adress : Place du Château, 85440 Talmont St Hilaire.
This castle will dive you in the heart of the medieval society. Guided visit, animation ( calligraphy, crossbow, ponys, costumes) and shows.

•Planète Sauvage : distance 70 kms, 1h 10 min driving. Adress : La Chevalerie, 44710 PORT ST PERE
Enter an animal reserve, covering more than 80 hectares, a preserved area that is home to nearly 1 000 animals and 150 different species. From your own vehicle or our 4×4 off-roader, you will encounter some of the most well-known species. Lions, tigers, elephants, bears, giraffes. And also : the marine city and its dolphins, the Bush Village.
