Welcome to the blog of the campsite Village de la Guyonnière

In this blog, we’ll try to show you all these activities in order to help you and prepare your stay in our departement: the Vendée.

According to Wikipédia the Vendée is the second most favoured departement in France as holiday destination, attracting each year nearly 3 million tourists.
Why? Simply because we aren’t boring in the Vendée. Vendée is full of History, heritage, parks…

Situated in an area of more than 30 hectares near St Julien des Landes, the strength of the campsite is very spacious pitches and the possibility to enjoy its peace and quiet.
Spacious, because the places are 225m² on average. Quiet because the campsite is located less than 7 miles from the beaches.

Just 300 meters away lies the Lac du Jaunay, accessible to all our campers. This lake stretches on for 5 miles and please to the “carp anglers”. Also, the sportsfans among you will be delighted by the many MTB routes and hiking, paths which are near the lake.
