Road cycling lovers, the Vendée will be the place to be the next 7th and 8th of July 2018!
Indeed, not 1 but 2 stages will take place in our beautiful region.
It will all begin Saturday the 7th of July: a 1st iodine stage that will go along the “Light Coast”, from Noirmoutier to Fontenay le Comte, going through some of the most popular sea resorts of the Atlantic coast: Saint Jean de Monts, Saint Gilles Croix de Vie, Brétignolles sur Mer or Les Sables d’Olonne.
You got it, the Tour will stay in Vendée for the 2nd stage, but in the countryside this time! This stage will start in Mouilleron Saint Germain, and will lead the peloton to La Roche sur Yon, going through Les Herbiers, Montaigu and Beaulieu sous la Roche.
The city of La Roche sur Yon will welcome the Tour for the 6th time, and will also welcome the race Village the week before the “Grand Départ”.

It’s situated in Saint Julien des Landes, on the banks of the beautiful Jaunay Lake.
